Weddings and engagements, pre-shoots, portraits, maternity, newborn, birthdays, modeling portfolios, casual shoots and full event coverage. If what you have in mind is not on that list, ask us — most ideas fit somewhere.

Our studio is in Nuwara Eliya, and we shoot anywhere in Sri Lanka. Travel is free within 30 km of Nuwara Eliya; beyond that we add a travel cost, which we tell you before you confirm anything.

Send us the booking form on the contact page or message us on WhatsApp with your date, location and the kind of session you want. We usually reply the same day. Popular wedding dates and holiday weekends go early, so a few months ahead is safest — but do ask about short notice, we can often fit it in.

We quote per session rather than publishing a price list, because the cost depends on how long we shoot, where it is, how many photographers you need and what you want delivered. Tell us what you are planning and we will send a clear quote with nothing hidden in it.

Yes — a 30% advance confirms the booking and reserves your date in our calendar. The remaining balance is due as set out in your booking confirmation. Until the advance is paid, the date stays open to other enquiries.

Tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to move you to another available date. Late changes are harder, because a held date usually means we turned other work away. If we are the ones who cannot attend, we will arrange a replacement photographer where possible or refund what you have paid.

Nuwara Eliya weather changes its mind often, and mist and soft light can be beautiful in a photograph. For outdoor sessions we watch the forecast with you and either shift the timing, move to a sheltered spot, or reschedule at no extra cost if it is genuinely unshootable.

Most sessions are delivered within 3 days. Weddings take about a week, because there is far more to sort and edit. If anything is likely to take longer we tell you the timeline upfront, so you are never left wondering.

As a private online gallery link you can view, download in full resolution and share with family. The link is only sent to you and anyone you ask us to include.

It depends on the length and type of session — a portrait sitting delivers far fewer frames than a full wedding day. We give you a realistic number in your quote, and we would always rather hand you a strong edited set than pad it out with near-identical shots.

Every delivered photograph is edited by us — colour, light and gentle retouching — because the editing is part of the style you are booking. We do not usually hand over raw, unedited files. If you have a specific need for them, talk to us before the session.

Not without asking you first. Your photographs are private by default, and saying no does not change your price or anything else about your booking. If you do give permission and later change your mind, email us and we will take them down from everything we control. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail.

Wear something you feel like yourself in — solid colours and softer tones sit beautifully against the hill country, and it helps if a group loosely coordinates rather than matching exactly. Once your date is confirmed we talk through outfits, timing and the best light for your location.

Yes, both, at our studio or in your home. Newborn sessions go at the baby’s pace with safe, gentle posing and as many breaks as are needed, and a parent or guardian is present throughout. The first two weeks are ideal for sleepy newborn frames, so message us before the birth if you can.

Yes. Your gallery gives you print-ready files to use wherever you like, and we can also arrange printed albums and framed enlargements. Ask when you book, or after you have seen your photographs.
